R&K INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS CO., INC. (R&K) warrants all new R&K wheels to be free
from any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of
delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty shall be void if the wheel is not
properly installed, operated and maintained, nor shall it cover damage caused by
mishandling, failure to follow instructions, or acts of God.
For warranty service, contact the R&K factory at 1945 North 7th Street, Richmond,
California 94801. All warranty defective parts must be returned to the R&K factory,
transportation prepaid. R&K’s obligation under this warranty is
limited to replacing or, at its option, repairing any wheels that prove to be defective
within the applicable provisions of this warranty. Replacement wheels will be shipped
transportations charges collect from R&K. The warranty on all replacement or repair
wheels shall be for the unexpired term of the original warranty. This warranty does not
cover labor, mileage or other service charges.
This warranty is made for the benefit of the original purchaser only and applies only to
wheels sold in the United States.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION
TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, AND OTHERWISE EXCLUDED.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall R & K be liable for incidental or
consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from State to State.
